Venture6 was tasked with creating a complete marketing campaign for the 2017 DICE User Group conference – a four-day event for members of the security industry. Because this October event took place at the Grand Traverse Resort in Spa in Traverse City, Michigan, a world-class resort and vacation destination, the region’s seasonal beauty and unique views needed to be emphasized for this event.
Our team designed all-new branding and logos for this project, including a website that contained event information and registration options. A variety of print materials, including event guides, signage, and handouts were also created. In addition to print and digital marketing materials, our cinematography team also created an opening video that used kinetic typography to highlight DICE as a company and highlight new products and advancements from the last year.
The success of the 2017 DICE User Group conference is in part attributed to the event’s branding. By creating a cohesive, modern, and engaging theme, the website saw record traffic and attendance and participation were up from previous events. By keeping an open line of contact with the client, we were also able to tailor print and web materials to their specifications, ensuring a successful event. With interesting visuals and an opening video, attendees at the event were engaged and more interactive during event showcases and seminars.
